5:30 -- Arrival and Check In: pick up your family folder & find a table to sit

5:45 -- Dinner Buffet Opens

6:00 -- Seated Dinner with Awards Program Beginning 

** All swimmers are to be seated with their family for dinner and the start of the awards program.**

6:05 -- Welcome Message

6:15 -- Most Improved Awards Announced (12 & under age swimmers)

6:20 -- Age Group High Point Awards Announced (Top 3 point scorers for each age group recognized)

6:45 -- Age Groups Called to Stairs: Medals given, group photo taken at stairs.

** Swimmers may sit in front of awards area AFTER their age group has been called. All swimmers should remain with their families until this point. NOTE -- age groups will be called Oldest to Youngest this year.**

7:15 "ish" -- Specialty Awards Announced
