Good morning. I hope everyone is crossing fingers and thinking good weather thoughts. Here is the info that Dutchman Downs sent regarding the meet tonight. The heat sheets are published on the app -- the timeline says we will finish around 9:30. Please, plan to arrive by 5:00 as we get in for warm ups at 5:30.

Welcome to Dutchman Downs!!!!

We are looking forward to hosting your swimmers and families Tuesday, June 17th for our second home meet of the season!!! We are excited! Our pool address is: 8204 Belgium Drive. Raleigh, NC 27606 Just wanted to pass on a few things for you and your families.

Parking--We will reserve the paved parking lot for your families. There is additional parking in the back lot and along the street as well. Please ask your families to park on the pool side of the street only and not in any neighborhood yards.

Concessions-- Please tell your families they can plan to have dinner at the pool.

(This is so important for our club. We depend on the proceeds to operate our swim team. Please ask your families to dine with us.)

We offer a full-service concession stand including burgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill, pizza and other snacks. We accept cash and venmo!

Deck Space--We will reserve the side of the pool OPPOSITE the Concession Stand for your team. We recommend that your families bring additional chairs and you are welcome to bring several pop up/tailgate tents if you feel you need more shade. There are a few tables with umbrellas as well. You may also sit up on the hill on the back side of the fence for overflow.

Warmups – Our team warms up from 5-5:25. Your team will warm up from 5:30-5:55. We hope to start the meet right at 6pm.

Meet Operation-- We have four lanes. We use a Dolphin timing system. We will have a computer operator there uploading the times from the watches.

Ribbons — We are planning to give heat winner ribbons for all ages and participation ribbons for 10&u during freestyle only.
