Tomorrow is our LAST HOME MEET of the Season!!!   

This is also the busiest week of the season and we need your help with both the meet tomorrow AND Cary City on Saturday!!   We appreciate the "All Hands on Deck" and willingness to help.  

Volunteer Needs for Tomorrow's Home Meet:  Not Much!!  Thank you for everyone who is already signed up!  We always love extra hands though - so check in with me if during the meet if you are able to help out.  

Volunteer Needs for Cary City (Saturday):

Cary City Assigns Prestonwood Volunteer Responsibilities.  These are MANDATORY - determined based on team size - and we cannot attend the meet until we have these filled.   They are posted on the SwimTopia page under each session.  We absolutely need your help here.  Please sign up if you are able.

Finally - A Few Reminders:

• If you can no longer volunteer for the spot you signed up for- please update your volunteer commitment in the SwimTopia Website ASAP. We need to ensure we have all positions covered and know who to expect on the days of the meet.
• Please arrive as On-Time and Check in with me (Jackie). This means the following:
  • Meet Set Up/Number Writers - No Later than 4PM.
  • Kid Pushers - No Later than 5PM. Also - if you have an extra black sharpie or two - please bring them for your group to help write numbers for the kids who may not have them from the Number Writers.
  • Timers, Runner - 5:30. Timers Meeting will be at 5:45
  • Extra Hands/Floaters - 5PM is great. This will allow us to have to help get everything set up, assign to some open roles and also to help the Kid Pushers if needed.  If you are a floater, please be prepared to help time.
  • Data Entry - 5:30. This will be a bit different than last year. Tina will meet you at 5:30 to make sure you are ready to go.
  • Ribbons - Check in with me once the meet starts or when you arrive, we have ribbons to sort/file from last meet and may be able to sticker the ribbons on-site during the meet.  

The SwimTopia sign-up for volunteers will remain open until mid-day Tuesday.
