HEAT SHEET FOR REFERENCE (<--- click there for your swimmers events, heats & lanes. You can find their swimmer number there, too)

Upon arrival, swimmers should report immediately to the “Number Writers” at the Piranha Entrance (through the grassy area). The volunteer will put a three or four-digit number on your child’s arm OR you can write their number in advance. Volunteers should check in with the Volunteer Coordinator upon arrival.

• The weather looks like it will good but there is a chance of rain passing through. The plan is for us to run a NORMAL meet. There should not be a variation in the order fo events tomorrow.
• I have still have some T-Shirts ($15) & Silicone Caps ($21.50) available for purchase. I will have them with me during practices, in advance of the meet at 4:15 tomorrow, or you can arrange via email with you to set aside/drop off what you need. I have a good amount of adult shirt sizes and very limited youth sizes left. Please, let me know if you would like to purchase anything;
• T-Shirts purchased at registration are still waiting for some families to pick up at the front desk of the pool;
• VOLUNTEERING is crucial to running our meets. Please, make sure to be in attendance for volunteer positions you have signed up for (rain or shine) Please refer to the information sent out from Jackie Parker regarding duties an help still needed.
