Hi Everyone,

We are so excited for our Blue/Green Meet on Tuesday!   

Parent involvement and volunteering is a critical part of the success of our swim season.  If you have already signed up to volunteer - THANK YOU!  For those who are able to help on Tuesday or need additional volunteer activities - there are a few new jobs added to SwimTopia - so PLEASE check the website.  We appreciate the "All Hands on Deck."   

A few reminders:

• If you can no longer volunteer for the spot you signed up for- please update your volunteer commitment in the SwimTopia Website ASAP. We need to ensure we have all positions covered and know who to expect on the days of the meet.
• Please arrive as On-Time and Check in with me (Jackie). This means the following:
  • Meet Set Up/Number Writers - No Later than 4PM.  
  • Kid Pushers - No Later than 5PM. Also - if you have an extra black sharpie or two - please bring them for your group to help write numbers for the kids who may not have them from the Number Writers.
  • Timers, Runner, Place Judges - 5:30. Timers Meeting will be at 5:45
  • Extra Hands/Floaters - 5PM is great. This will allow us to have to help get everything set up, assign to some open roles and also to help the Kid Pushers if needed. We are introducing a new timing system this season so additional TIMERS are always welcome.  If you are a floater, please be prepared to help time.
  • Data Entry - 5:30. This will be a bit different than last year.  Tina will meet you at 5:30 to make sure you are ready to go. 

We still have a number of volunteer positions for Tuesday BLUE/GREEN. Please recruit your friends to sign up to volunteer with you if they will be there. Volunteering is fun with friends! We cannot run the meets without your help. The SwimTopia sign-up for volunteers will remain open until mid-day Tuesday.
